Prerequisites
Advanced Open Water Diver
You must be certified as an Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent from another training organization.
Emergency First Response (EFR)
Complete the EFR Primary and Secondary Care course within the last 24 months, or have a current CPR/first aid certification.
Medical Statement
Complete a medical statement confirming you're fit for diving activities.
Course Schedule
Day 1: Theory & Self-Rescue
Complete knowledge development sessions covering rescue theory, followed by self-rescue skills practice in confined water.
Day 2: Rescue Exercises
Practice responding to distressed and panicked divers, including tows, assists, and emergency procedures in open water.
Day 3: Scenarios & Final Assessment
Complete realistic rescue scenarios, demonstrating all required skills and earning your Rescue Diver certification.
